Colonization of Epitaph

Welcome to Epitaph, and here is the first parts of Endeavor's Colonization history
during the years 2198 AD.

The polluted Earth is finally being rid of Human consequences as Humanity spreads to the stars and finds new solutions to pollution, food, economics and politics. The moon Epitaph's been under the radar for many astronomers and scientists as another possible target for Human expansion. The Launched Endeavor flies out of the Earth's gravitational pull, and with the Amazing power of the Hyper-Drive, it makes the trip to Orbadon in nothing but a single jump in several minutes. over 2000 lightyears in distance, made in under 20 minutes.

Long after the space trip is over, The exploration and research group have arrived at the moon, and are slowing down, preparing to orbit the unbelievably green moon.

They finally come to a halt near the 7th moon to Orbadon, and the crew launch a small pod, called an RPS (Robotic Planetary Surveyor) which will enter the planets atmosphere, capture the surface's pictures, test for the chemicals in the atmosphere, and then survey the moon's land, flora and fauna.

The RPS Surveyor enters into the unfamiliar world, into the terrestrial world's hopefully habitable atmosphere. Bits of the outer shell of the pod begin to peel of and fly separately,burning as it enters the Lush Moon. The main pod is followed by two smaller pods, which are also RPS's but are slightly smaller and will split to survey some other regions slightly farther from each other.

The main RPS makes contact with Epitaph's surface, seeing a vast amount of Familiar Flora, such as Pines and Redwoods. It resembles that of Earth, but much more vast in Land. The Planet Orbadon, its host world that it orbits is clearly visible in the sky during broad daylight. Just as Earth, it also has a bit of a haze, and contains water vapor in the atmosphere, as well as nitrogen and vast amounts of CO2 and Oxygen. And Due to its position, it also as higher amounts of Core activity as it is ruffled up by other moons and Orbadon itself. Volcanic activity is common on the world and Hurricanes are a little less of a Phenomenon compared to Earth. When the RPS lands, it also finds a substantial amount of intelligent life, but their intelligence resembling more that of Early Humans, during the Darker Stone ages, but slightly higher as they manage to build a complex structures using their surrounding environment to camouflage as well.
